information.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced Technical Business
Analyst to join our small technology solutions development team.
This is an opportunity to join a high performing team focused on
maximizing the philanthropic impact of the organization and
ensuring that the foundation's staff, grantees and partners can do
their best work.
This role is critical to translating user requirements into
business needs that shape our solutions roadmap. You will
collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to analyze
processes, business needs, systems, and data to develop and deploy
solutions that address business objectives.
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will elicit business needs and
requirements from business units across the organization such as
program, finance, and grants administration, turn them into
detailed functional specifications, interface designs, and user
stories. You will project manage all aspects of solutions
development including needs identification; requirements
specification; application identification and configuration; end
user testing; and ensuring readiness for deployment. Solutions
development may range from identifying a new solution to adding
capabilities or new users to existing solutions. You will serve as
the day-to-day project lead, managing the technical aspects of the
solution and the internal/external team.
You will also evaluate technical feasibility and effort while
prioritizing needs and collaborating closely with internal and/or
