Job Description:
Growing software company seeking a HR Coordinator to join their
Human Resource department immediately!
The HR Coordinator will providing support to the Human Resource
department at the corporate headquarters. The ideal candidate will
be highly professional, personable, and be able to excel in a
fast-paced environment!
He/She will be organizing and maintaining all employee records,
scheduling interviews, and assist with the on-boarding of new
employees.
Key Responsibilities:
-Organize and maintain employee records and files
-Input data for payroll and employee changes
-Maintain and distribute reports
-Organize and maintain recruiting records
-Assist with organization of job fairs
-Prepare employee handbooks and assist with the preparation for new
employee orientation
-Respond to employee inquiries
Minimum Qualifications:
-Prior administrative experience helpful
-At least 1-2 years of work experience with heavy scheduling,
coordinating, or as an HR Assistant
-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Personable and friendly; customer service oriented attitude
-Meticulous attention to detail
-Ability to work with a team as well as independently
-Superb organizational and time management skills
-Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Data Entry
-Expert proficiency in Outlook and high volume experience with
scheduling
-Bachelor's degree highly preferred
-Previous recruiting/staffing experience also a plus
