Job DescriptionThis is a small tool mechanic position. You will be responsible for maintaining the hydraulic riveting tools and diesel pumps used to install the solar tracking system.ResponsibilitiesMaintain hydraulic riveting tools and diesel pumps.Adhere to company and worksite safety standards.Conduct routine service on equipment.Inspect faults and perform necessary repairs.Maintain an organized and clean workspace.Utilize hand and power tools effectively.Essential SkillsGeneral laborConstructionMechanical skillsExperience with hand and power toolsExcellent communication skillsWhy Work Here?Join a national solar system company and gain exposure to the solar industry. There is a possibility for long-term hire depending on the candidate's performance.Work EnvironmentYou will work directly on-site out of a mobile shop equipped with all hand tools and equipment required to perform maintenance on the tools. You will be led by a lead mechanic. The dress code includes jeans, steel-toed boots provided by the client, a hard hat, safety glasses, and a high-visibility vest.
