Job Description:
A company is looking for a Denials and AR Follow-Up Support
professional to assist clients in resolving complex accounts by
analyzing claims information.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize technology to manage work assignments and communicate with
team members
Open, scan, and upload incoming correspondence and documentation
promptly
Identify and communicate appeal deadlines and follow up on high
balance cases
Required Qualifications and Training
Experience in healthcare or revenue cycle management preferred
Familiarity with hospital documentation, including medical records
and billing forms
Understanding of HIPAA guidelines
Proficiency in using provider systems and technology for
documentation retrieval
Ability to handle rush cases according to office policy
