Blumen is building software to streamline permitting, compliance, and regulatory hurdles for project developers and EPC companies powering renewables and infrastructure development in the US.Initial interest in our permitting platform is high, and there are many downstream opportunities as we perfect the platform. You're intellectually honest and open to feedback. On the contrary, you're not afraid to provide feedback or suggestions. You own your work, your mistakes, and take accountability. You are eager to grow your responsibilities and expertise as needed by the team.ResponsibilitiesOur engineers typically own a subset of the application, but domains are subject to change based on company needs. Below are some examples:

• Use cutting edge ML and LLM techniques to power our Permitting and Regulatory product.
• Design and develop new modules for our app using spatial compute and modeling technologies.
• Build and support front-end features, creating reusable components where possible.

• Bachelors or greater.
• 6+ years writing software, building features and products end-to-end.
• Interest in LLMs and RAG, experience a plus but not required.
