Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Accounting and SEC
Reporting Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare quarterly financial statements and disclosures in
accordance with US GAAP
Own the equity accounting and reporting process, including journal
entries and technical accounting memos
Monitor new FASB accounting pronouncements and assist in the
implementation of new accounting standards
Required Qualifications
4+ years of accounting experience with an emphasis on technical
accounting
Strong understanding of US GAAP accounting standards including ASC
350-40, ASC 718, ASC 805, ASC 820, ASC 842
Proven experience conducting thorough technical accounting research
and preparing evaluation memos
A CPA (or currently a CPA candidate) is preferred
Experience in a high-growth SaaS company is a plus
