This role will be reporting to the Head of Finance.About the Role:

• Create and maintain users, roles, profiles, security settings, custom objects, and fields
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and other automation
• Monitor and analyze Salesforce usage to ensure that the system is being used to its fullest potential
• Develop, document, and maintain operational processes and procedures related to Salesforce
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on Salesforce usage
• Suggest process improvements and workflow optimizations by partnering with the SalesOps team
• Spearhead integrations and configurations of other systems that connect to SalesforceAbout You:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration
  • Experience with Lightning platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
