Overview:Earn $24.00/hr. Joining our California's Great America Leadership team you'll be ensuring the beautification and the cleanliness throughout the park.. You'll also--- Oversee Special Crew operations and ensure park/department standards for health and safety are maintained. Perform scheduling, assignment, and monitoring of personnel. Be responsible for associate training, certification, motivation, and performance management. Maintain back areas and event facility cleanliness. Operate various power tools, small machinery, and equipment (including compactors, balers and motor vehicles). Be responsible for waste and recycle collection, handling and transfer.
