Along with BizQuest and FindaFranchise, we lead in the online marketplace for business sales in the USA.What We Are Looking ForWe seek a high-performing, full-stack Senior Product Manager who excels in cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution. This role involves using data to define and deliver new features and updates, impacting usage and revenue. You will contribute to a complex marketplace serving multiple personas, facilitating the transfer of thousands of small businesses to new owners. This position is based in our downtown San Francisco office, working in person Monday through Friday.Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to research, ideate, and validate product features and strategies.
• Collaborate with data analytics teams to identify opportunities and build business cases for upgrades.
• Work with designers, engineers, QA, and marketing to develop features: write specifications, manage roadmaps, and oversee delivery.
• Document upgrades, communicate benefits, and train customer-facing teams.
• Analyze usage data to guide iterative improvements.
• Understand customer needs deeply to inform strategic decisions and advocate for impactful solutions across all levels, including executive leadership.Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital product management experience with a successful track record.
• Experience with agile/scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools and techniques.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.Preferred Qualifications
  • 8+ years of product management experience.
  • Expertise with SQL and Google Analytics.
