Summary:Senior Product Manager in the Venmo Consumer Financial

will be responsible for scaling one of our newest products, Venmo
Teen Account. We launched this product in 2023 to help
parents/guardians raise financially responsible and independent
teens, and we are just getting started! You will help set the
vision, identify opportunities, define experiences, and deliver
features to bring value to both teens and their
parents/guardians.Your Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end product development process, from ideation
and requirements gathering to execution, launch, and post-launch
monitoring.
- Analyze product analytics, user feedback, and market trends to
identify new opportunities and continuously improve the
product.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (e.g.,
Design, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, Legal) to drive the
success of Venmo Teen Account.
- Troubleshoot live bugs and answer product questions - be a
Venmo Teen Account "expert." Your Qualifications:
- 6+ years of consumer-facing product management experience.
- Proven track record of delivering successful large-scale mobile
products.
- Comfortable using data and analytics to inform product
hypotheses and decisions.
- Ability to lead cross-functional groups and drive action in
high-growth environments.
- Deep empathy and appreciation for user needs.
- Ability to work independently and deliver core responsibilities
against deadlines.
- Experience in an agile development environment.
- Experience in FinTech or another highly regulated industry is a
