• Supervise the Housing, Foster Programs, and Supportive Services Department.
• Evaluate program performance using productivity data and implement necessary improvements.
• Lead initiatives for program expansion and design.
• Foster collaboration among departments to ensure a holistic, efficient, and client-focused service delivery.
• Manage department grants and contracts to ensure timely fulfillment of deliverables and maintain clear communication with funders.
• Oversee program outcomes.
• Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance, achievements, needs, and inquiries.
• Monitor revenue and expenditures.
• Negotiate contracts.
• Assist in budget development.
• Advocate for the agency's clients and services within the community.
• Represent the organization in county-wide meetings, task forces, and community engagements.
